JoHenna Design accepts returns of the journals if the journal is in new condition. No tears, cuts, writing, or alterations can be made to the journal in order to return it with a full refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping on returns. If the item qualifies for a full refund, it will be made after we receive the return and make judgments on it's condition.
