Design Information
This design is titled, "The Sentinella Mandala," which was named by my dear friend Katie. The Google definition of Sentinel is; 'a soldier or guard whose job is to stand and keep watch.' When Katie first looked at this mandala, she immediately saw the Vesica Piscis (meaning; the center of two overlapping circles) in the in the center. The outer leafy shapes seem to overlap, creating a linking of arms which reminded her of protection and specifically for the inner flowe shapes. Sentry and Sentinel come from the Italian word, Sentinella, which is the title of this piece. This was a digital mandala created using Adobe Creative Suite with a hand painted watercolor background designed by Joey. This design is Joey's favorite digitally created piece as of 11/1/18. This mug design can be changed to different colors if desired, please contact JoHenna Design for inquiries.
