Henna Care Instructions

Stay warm during and after a HENNA application. Keep your henna paste on as long as possible. Two hours should be the minimum but 8 to 12 hours produces the best results. Remember the longer you keep a HENNA on, the darker and longer lasting the stain will be. Remove the paste by flaking or scraping it off, do not wash it off with water. For those stubborn details with dried had a paste, moisten with coconut oil or olive oil and wipe it off with a washrag. Once the pace is removed, avoid water, swimming, lotions and other chemicals for 12 to 24 hours. During this time, keep a HENNA staying well moisturized with a natural bomb (coconut oil works well). The stain will transition from orange to Brown over the next 48 hours. The tattoo will last 7 to 14 days. Following these instructions will help ensure a long lasting dark stain.

Please watch the video to see the process!

Jagua Care Instructions

Jagua will take 30 minutes to 1 hour to fully dry. Leave the Jagua on your skin for 6 hours. Remove the Jagua after 6 hours by washing and rinsing away with warm running water and soap. The jagua tattoo will be very faint blue color first, but will darken over the next 24 to 48 hours. If you do not see any stain on your skin at first, do not worry as a tattoo will show up with time. Do not sleep with the Jagua on your skin, the tattoo can transfer very easily to other areas of your body. If your tattoo is on a part of your body that you might lay on overnight, (face, shoulder), it is suggested that you wear dark colored clothing over the area to prevent transfer. Avoid water, swimming, lotions and other chemicals for the next 12 to 24 hours. The tattoo last 1-3 weeks depending on how you care for your new tattoo. Following these instructions will help ensure a long lasting dark stain.
